So today I purchased an Otterbox Defender for my Galaxy S5. I had a tempered glass screen protector put on the phone about 2 months before. I connected the endoskeleton of the case, but not all of the notches clicked in. Some did, but not all of them. Even though some of the notches didn't click, they were still in place and connected, but it almost seemed like it wasn't sealed enough. I am kind of a perfectionist when it comes to these things, so it could just be me. I put on the outer rubber part then as well, and it all looks fine, but I'm still bothered by the fact it didn't seem to be completely sealed. Could this be because of the tempered glass screen protector?

The otterbox has it's own screen protector, if im thinking of the right case, there is no need for any other 3rd party screen protectors.
The tempered glass screen protector is reusable so store it away some where so it can't get dirty and you can reuse it in the future if you need.

I felt that the built in screen protector was cheap, and I had heard that it got dust and dirt on and under it easily, so I removed it from the case. It was glued in with an adhesive, so I used a blow dryer method I had heard of to get it off. The tempered glass protector felt much more durable. My only issue, is if the screen protector I have is preventing the case from being able to completely be sealed.

Well the screen protector on the defender is actually built into the case, so it isn't under the case like the screen protector I have on now is.
