My \'@\' key (number 2) and the double quote key is swapped. Help ME!!

The two keys have swapped and I have a hard time figuring it out. It wasn't like this before and I just noticed it.. HELP ME!!!

Sounds like you have an american keyboard but your system is set to british.

Start -> Control Panel -> Region and Language -> Keyboards and Language (tab) -> Change Keyboards... -> General (tab)

Under the "Default input language" change to the language you want. If your's is not available you have to add it to the "Installed services".

Thats the US layout. Switch it to UK exactly where pauls says
