AMD's Ryzen 7 5800X3D 10th Anniversary Edition launched yesterday, but it sold out almost immediately as listings went live. Although there are some solid 5800X3D alternatives on sale, AMD's re-released CPU is back in stock at several retailers for its MSRP of $350.

The Stream Deck Neo is down to an all-time low price of $66.49 for Prime Day, cutting 34% off its list price
The eight-button Stream Deck Neo launched last year, and it’s mostly sold around its list price of $100 since then. On Prime Day, it’s down to its lowest price ever of $66.49, which is 34% off its list price. The Stream Deck Mini is on sale for around $46, as well, but the Neo is better. It comes with two more buttons, along with two touch-sensitive buttons for scrolling and an info bar.
When we reviewed the Stream Deck Neo, its ability to get you started is what stood out most. Setting up a Stream Deck is a daunting task. They’re extremely powerful tools, but only if you tailor your shortcuts to your workflow. The Neo comes with a handful of preloaded actions to get you started, along with a built-in stand and cable. Plug it in, and get the benefits of a Stream Deck right away.
Of course, you’re free to customize any of the eight tactile buttons, as well as add pages of buttons that you can tab through. You’re unable to customize the info bar or touch-sensitive scroll buttons, however, so keep that in mind. — Jake Roach
The Team Group G50 is the cheapest 4TB NVMe SSD we’ve seen this Prime Day, on sale for $400
A $400 PCIe 4.0 SSD with 4TB of storage is a downright deal in the current climate. It’s the lowest price we’ve seen on the SSD on all year, and considering the going price for 4TB SSDs is north of $500 now, we didn’t expect to see a drive drop to $400. Newegg has the drive discounted by $70, and you can save an additional $50 with code FTTF462 at checkout.
This is a solid entry-level PCIe 4.0 drive. It leverages a SLC cache and is slower than popular Gen4 drives like the WD Black SN850X and Samsung 990 Pro, with sequential read and write speed ratings of 5,000 MB/s. This is the standard version of the G50. The Pro version features a DRAM cache.

I seem to get through MMO mice like there’s no tomorrow, mainly from excessive use, but sometimes it’s due to the odd mouse defect, drink spillage, or accidental desk-dive. Get the MacBook Neo at $599 while you can before Apple’s shocking Mac price hikes take effect
Apple dropped a nuclear bomb on the tech community yesterday, raising prices across most of its product portfolio by an average of $200. Not even the budget-minded MacBook Neo was spared, which seemed like a breath of fresh air in the Mac lineup with a starting price of $599. However, yesterday’s price hike raised the entry price to $699. Thankfully, if you still want to grab it at the prior price, Best Buy is selling the base MacBook Neo in various colors for $599.99.
That price gets you a 13-inch Liquid Retina display, 8GB of unified memory, and a 256GB SSD. Powering the system is the Apple A18 Pro SoC that previously saw duty in the iPhone 16 Pro.
We reviewed the MacBook Neo earlier this year and praised the Apple-typical solid chassis build quality, display, and value proposition. The last bullet point is seriously under fire given Apple’s recent pricing decision. AMD's new 10th Anniversary Ryzen 7 5800X3D CPU is now in stock, but you'll need to act fast
AMD's new 10th-anniversary Ryzen 7 5800X3D is now available for purchase at B&H Photo at MSRP, a welcome relief for those who have been searching for the chip only to find it being scalped at twice the MSRP after yesterday's launch. Given the intense demand, this stock will probably not last long.
If B&H runs out of stock quickly, you can also try Newegg and Best Buy, but they have had only spotty availability.
We re-reviewed this chip for the launch, and while it is functionally similar to the original 5800X3D, AMD did have to make changes to the innovative 3D V-Cache to bring this processor back into production. This is the fastest gaming you can get on an AMD AM4 platform, so it's a no-brainer upgrade for enthusiasts on older platforms. — Paul Alcorn

There's a lot to like about this build, but the 5090 is definitely the star of the show. As per our testing data, this is the best gaming GPU on the market, and will chew through any 4K game with ease thanks to its 32GB of VRAM.
The 9800X3D is the best gaming CPU on the market. It is technically not as fast as the 9850X3D, but in terms of power draw this is much better, making it our top choice overall. Plus, the 9850X3D's gains are so marginal. At just $207 at Woot, Logitech’s Z906 PC speaker system might be the cheapest way to get true 5.1 surround sound
Logitech’s Z906 5.1 surround sound speakers are positively ancient in the PC realm, going all the way back to 2011. But they often sell for $400 and up, and today you can get them at Woot for just $207 when you add code DEALDAY26 for an extra 20% off at checkout.
Unlike soundbars and other options that advertise surround sound, this setup, with five speakers and a subwoofer, can deliver true surround sound. Don’t expect the level of sound output you’ll find in much larger, higher-end surround speaker setups, despite Logitech’s lofty 1000W claim. But if you’re after that immersive audio experience without sending several hundred dollars or more, this is a sweet deal and a step up from typical dual-speaker or even 2.1 PC audio setups. - Matthew Safford
8BitDo's Nintendo-themed gaming mouse returns to its lowest-ever price of $31 — NES looks, on an ambi mouse with a magnetic dock and solid sensor
There are so many gaming mice, most with specs that far exceed the needs of most gamers. So I chose something with style that caught my (ageing) eye, 8BitDo's Retro R8 Mouse with Charging Dock. This Nintendo Entertainment System-inspired mouse is all about nostalgia on the outside, with its black, gray, and red color scheme and round red side buttons.
But the appeal goes deeper than looks. 8BitDo went the extra mile (or two) by designing a weighted charging dock (with its own NES-like touches) and a spot for the 2.4 GHz dongle. This is the kind of extra feature that's more common in mice that cost three times as much.
Under the hood, you get a decent 26,000 DPI sensor and 4K polling (plenty for us older, non-esports gamers), and an ambidextrous design with a pair of side buttons on either side, and a ratcheting, rubberized scroll wheel. The side buttons, which are concave and also nicely clicky, took a little getting used to for me. But they are also so distinctive that now I miss them while using other mice.

Not every monitor has to be 4K (according to my GPU) — sometimes you just want a solid 1080p monitor for under $100. Which Dell's SE2426H normally is, as it retails for $99.99, but right now you can get it for even cheaper as it's currently on sale for $75.99 at Amazon — the lowest we've ever seen it go.
This 23.8-inch monitor sports a full HD IPS display with a wide 178-degree viewing angle. It's not quite a gaming monitor, but it does support AMD FreeSync and it has a fairly speedy 144Hz refresh rate. The screen, which features a matte finish, gets up to 300 nits of brightness and has a 1000:1 contrast ratio. It features two HDMI ports on the back, as well as a security lock slot. The slim bezel means it will look sleek on your desk and give you plenty of screen real estate. And, well, it's $75.99 — at that price, you might as well get four! — Sarah

We love a good PC component bundle at Tom's Hardware, and this one is a banger. Right now, you can get an AM5 bundle that combines a B850 motherboard, Ryzen 5 9600X CPU, and a 1TB 990 Pro SSD for just $429. Now, at Newegg's listed prices, that makes the 990 Pro free, because the motherboard and CPU are worth more than the overall cost of the bundle. In reality, you can buy them separately for $337. However, that still makes the 1TB 990 Pro around $100 in this bundle, which is the best price you'll find on it anywhere.
As you can see from our testing data the 9600X performs on par with Intel's Core i5-12600K in multi-threaded performance, but beats the Core Ultra 9 285K in 1080p gaming. To that end, this is a pretty capable gaming CPU that would make the solid foundation for a budget or mid-range PC build. The display is a 3.5-inch IPS display with resolution ranging from 800 x 600 to 2,560 x 1,600, with 960 x 640 the optimized resolution. In terms of style it looks like an old-fashioned CRT monitor, and is a super nifty $80 impulse buy.

The G Pro X Superlight 2 has a maximum sensitivity of 32,000 DPI and a maximum speed of 500 IPS and can handle up to 40 G's of force. It has a lightweight plastic shell with a smooth, soft-touch finish, and five programmable buttons. The primary buttons feature Logitech's Lightforce hybrid mechanical/optical switches, which are tactile and clicky (and somewhat loud).
