Microsoft has announced a free Xbox Live weekend for UK users. The 'Gold Unlocked Free Live Weekend' event runs from Friday through to Sunday. Users will be able to indulge in a healthy weekend-long dose of you multiplayer gaming Gears of War: Judgment, EA SPORTS FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Spring Classic, Halo 4 and other titles. In addition, there's also double XP, Gears of War: Judgment, Assassin's Creed 3 and Far Cry 3.
Multiplayer aside, there's the FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Spring Classic, an in-game tournament that will go on all weekend with 1,000,000 in game points on sale. Xbox users will also have the opportunity to try out Now TV, LOVEFiLM, and Netflix via Xbox Video. If you already have Gold, you'll be given some TV Tokens to watch shows like Breaking Bad, Being Human, and Vampire Diaries.
If you're interested in getting in on this action, the free Xbox Live Gold weekend kicks in at 12:00pm Friday (May 3) and runs through until 11:59pm on Sunday (May 5).
