Halo Wars 2 Is Coming To PC With Full Keyboard And Mouse Support
343 Industries made a welcome appearance during the PC Gaming Show with the announcement of Halo Wars 2 for PC.
Although RTS (real time strategy) games are normally reserved for PC, Halo Wars was only released for the Xbox 360. Halo and RTS fans alike questioned why Halo Wars never saw a PC port, but with Halo Wars 2 on the horizon, their queries should be answered. Dan Ayoub, the Studio Head of Strategy Games Development at 343, assured us that Halo Wars 2 won’t be a treated like a copy-and-paste port. Instead, Halo Wars 2 is being developed for both controllers and the traditional keyboard and mice combos alike.
Not only will Halo Wars 2 feature the classic competitive modes that are ubiquitous with RTS games, but it will also feature casual modes that are easy for any player to jump into.
Halo Wars 2 is slated for release on February 21, 2017.

lun471k @Quixit: Cross-play on an RTS? Better throw your controller away to fight off a mouse and keyboard where players can efficiently sustain 200-300 actions per minute.Reply -

The Glorious PC Master Race with god given keyboard and mouse would slaughter the unwashed console gamer peasants like they were Zerg drones.
