SiS signs Intel bus licence
SiS has licensed Intel's 1066 MHz frontside bus specification, a move that heralds the chip maker's support for Intel's latest Pentium 4 Extreme Edition processors.
That said, it will be some time before SiS' updated chipsets ship: the company will not offer such products until H2 2005, it said in a Taiwan Stock Exchange filing.
