Blu-ray Playback
We also wanted to know the processor load when playing FullHD video via Blu-ray disc; this includes decoding the video and decrypting the copy protection. We used an LG GGW-H20L BD recordable drive and the movie Rambo, playing from 1:09:00 to 1:11:00.
CPU Utilization for Blu-ray FullHD Playback
The AMD 780G platform requires slightly more processor performance when playing Full HD video, but the difference is tiny.
