Here again, there are two types of conflicting logic, the Z-CLV (Zoned CLV) used by LG and the P-CAV (Partial CAV) for Lite-On and BenQ. When all is said and done, the LG proved to be the fastest, taking only 3'40" to burn a 700 MB CD-RW.
