SYSmark 2007 Preview
SYSmark 2007 Preview plays a special role, as it executes popular applications and includes idle time as well. As a result, the systems switched into more power-efficient states and delivered less performance. While these differences won’t really be noticeable, they clearly show that there is a performance impact once all the power-saving features kick in. All systems operated slower in power-saving mode (check out the results on this page), but they also required less power (see next page).
