OpenAI keeps cutting deals left and right, one of the latest ones being a massive partnership with Amazon that ought to see a total of $188 billion circle between both companies. Sam Altman may have cut that one a little too close, according to Microsoft, which is reportedly considering releasing the lawyers over an API exclusivity clause.

I believe there was recent reporting that Nvidia wasn't impressed with Scam Altman cutting deals left and right either. Add disagreements with Oracle and it could be time to prepare popcorn perhaps.

Scam Altman, haha nice. Let's hope we see the collapse of his AI empire soon.

lt's difficult to know whether to root for Microsoft or OpenAI while watching the current game of contracts and lawsuits.

  • From the big tech giants Microsoft is the one I hate most. I'd rather see Microsoft's empire collapsed and shuttered. So, whoever is against them, I cheer for them.

On the flipside, Altman is a tool and is one of the big players responsible for the current AI problems we are facing.

I dislike Microsoft, but they have done one or two good things over the years that soften my attitude to them a bit, but Altman has nothing like that, everything he has provided to this industry has been a net negative for everyone except himself and his bank account

I don't know exactly who is this Sam & it he's responsible for whole AI thing or not, but whoever invented this IA, I'm forever thankful. It's not only humanity's one of the greatest achievements, but it's super useful. I personally use Google's Gemini & she does so many things & helped me in so many things that I can't even imagine my life now without Gemini. I use it everyday.
